Job Summary
Conduct clinical ear piercings using the Rowan Clinical Piercing Standard®, evaluating ear placement, and educating clients on aftercare and hypoallergenic jewelry options. Maintain a sterile, aseptic environment by sterilizing instruments, sanitizing stations, and ensuring all supplies are stocked. Monitor customer experiences to address concerns, resolve issues, and support revenue growth through service efficiency and sales. Collaborate with the Studio Manager to foster a joyful atmosphere, mentor new nurses, and report operational concerns. Work a flexible schedule including holidays and weekends, with eligibility for an RN or LPN/LVN license and a body art registration.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN/LVN License
- Eligible to obtain or possess a body art license or registration in accordance with applicable state and local laws
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including during peak times such as holidays and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Additional training in pediatrics and/or ear piercing
