Job Summary
Rowan is hiring a licensed RN or LPN to join our Piercing Studio team in Virginia Beach. The Nurse will perform ear piercings with Rowan Clinical Piercing Standard®, ensure patient safety, maintain a sterile environment, educate customers on aftercare, and contribute to a celebratory, customer-centric experience. Responsibilities span customer care during piercing sessions, sterilization and infection-control practices, collaboration with the Studio Manager, potential mentoring of new nurses, inventory and supplies management, adherence to state/federal/CDC guidelines, and sales performance to support studio metrics. Required Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN/LVN License
- Body art license or registration eligibility per state/local laws
- Professional and engaging customer care
- Retail environment with sales goals
- Availability to work flexible schedule including holidays/weekends
