Job Summary
Conduct clinical ear piercings with precision while maintaining a sterile, aseptic environment and adhering to state, federal, and CDC guidelines. Create celebratory, memorable customer experiences by combining top-notch clinical care with personalized styling advice and thorough aftercare education. Monitor the studio to ensure smooth operations, quickly address client concerns, and resolve issues to uphold safety standards. Collaborate with the Studio Manager to keep stations stocked, sterilize instruments, and mentor new nurses on piercing protocols. Support revenue growth by promoting hypoallergenic jewelry and aftercare products while maintaining high service efficiency.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN/LVN License
- Professional and engaging customer care approach
- Warm, friendly, team player with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Excited to create celebratory, memorable experiences for our customers
- Skilled in providing both technical and non-technical information to customers and community members
- Interest in working in a retail environment with sales goals
- Obsessive attention to detail
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including during peak times such as holidays and weekends
- Dedicated to delivering exceptional service and maintaining a safe, clean environment for every customer
Desired Qualifications
- Additional training in pediatrics and/or ear piercing
