Job Summary
Perform ear piercings with clinical precision using the Rowan Clinical Piercing Standard, ensuring customer safety, comfort, and a celebratory atmosphere. Conduct thorough ear evaluations for placement and provide personalized styling advice while educating clients on aftercare protocols. Maintain sterile environments by sanitizing instruments and supplies, and monitor the procedure tray to prevent contamination. Collaborate with the Studio Manager to foster a joyful environment, mentor new nurses, and resolve operational issues quickly. Support studio metrics by driving revenue growth and average order value through sales of hypoallergenic jewelry. Work flexible shifts including holidays and weekends, reporting concerns to management to uphold clinical standards.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN/LVN License
- Eligibility to obtain or possession of a body art license or registration in accordance with applicable state and local laws
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including during peak times such as holidays and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Additional training in pediatrics and/or ear piercing
