Job Summary
Perform ear piercings using the Rowan Clinical Piercing Standard® while maintaining a sterile, aseptic environment and sterilizing instruments. Conduct thorough ear evaluations to determine placement, educate clients on aftercare, and promote hypoallergenic jewelry sales. Monitor customer comfort, resolve issues immediately, and collaborate with the Studio Manager to ensure smooth operations and high service metrics. Mentor new nurses through shadowing and observe customer interactions to uphold clinical standards. Work flexible shifts including holidays and weekends, reporting operational concerns to management.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN/LVN License
- Professional and engaging customer care approach
- Warm, friendly, team player with an entrepreneurial spirit
- Excited to create celebratory, memorable experiences for our customers
- Skilled in providing both technical and non-technical information to customers and community members
- Interest in working in a retail environment with sales goals
- Obsessive attention to detail
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including during peak times such as holidays and weekends
- Dedicated to delivering exceptional service and maintaining a safe, clean environment for every customer
Desired Qualifications
- Additional training in pediatrics and/or ear piercing
