Job Summary
Conduct licensed ear piercings using the Rowan Clinical Piercing Standard® while maintaining a sterile, aseptic environment at the nurse station. Evaluate each customer's ears for optimal placement, provide personalized styling advice, and educate clients on aftercare protocols to support healing. Monitor the procedure tray and sterilize instruments, ensuring compliance with state, federal, and CDC guidelines. Collaborate with the Studio Manager to foster a celebratory atmosphere, manage inventory, and mentor new nurses through shadowing and observation. Address immediate customer concerns, resolve operational issues, and support studio metrics including revenue growth and average order value.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN/LVN License
- Eligibility to obtain or possession of a body art license or registration in accordance with applicable state and local laws
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including during peak times such as holidays and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Additional training in pediatrics and/or ear piercing
