Job Summary
Conduct clinical ear piercings using the Rowan Clinical Piercing Standard®, performing thorough evaluations for placement and providing personalized styling advice. Maintain sterile, aseptic environments by sterilizing instruments and sanitizing all surfaces, while educating customers on aftercare protocols and hypoallergenic jewelry benefits. Collaborate with the Studio Manager to ensure smooth operations, monitor customer experiences, and resolve issues quickly to uphold safety standards. Mentor new nurses through shadowing and observe customer interactions to reinforce clinical best practices. Ensure inventory is stocked and support revenue growth by promoting additional jewelry sales. Work flexible shifts including holidays and weekends, reporting operational concerns to management for efficient resolution.
Required Qualifications
- Active RN or LPN/LVN License
- Eligibility to obtain or possession of a body art license or registration in accordance with applicable state and local laws
- Availability to work a flexible schedule, including during peak times such as holidays and weekends
Desired Qualifications
- Additional training in pediatrics and/or ear piercing
