Piercing Studio Nurse

Rowan Nurse for Piercing Studio: provide safe, sterile ear-piercing services to create a celebratory customer experience. Perform piercings by licensed nurses following Rowan Clinical Piercing Standard®, maintain a sterile environment, educate customers on aftercare, and offer personalized guidance on earring placement. Collaborate with the Studio Manager to ensure smooth operations, mentor or train new nurses, manage inventory and supplies, sterilize jewelry and instruments, adhere to state, federal, and CDC guidelines, and support sales metrics such as piercings per hour and average order value. Demonstrate strong customer care, communication, attention to detail, and a willingness to work a flexible schedule, including peak times and weekends.
