Job Summary
Welcome guests with a smile and friendly demeanor as they arrive at the restaurant and seat them at their tables. Take room service orders over the phone, prepare them, and sometimes deliver to rooms. Make reservations using the iPad for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Maintain accurate knowledge of the restaurant layout, menu, and specials. Ensure cleanliness and organization of the restaurant and hostess area. Participate in training programs to continuously improve guest service skills and knowledge. This role requires the ability to walk and stand for long periods, multi-task in a fast-paced environment, and work weekends and holidays.
Required Qualifications
- at least 16 years of age or older
