Provide food and beverage service to guests, including serving courses and alcoholic beverages, answering questions on menu selections, and communicating with kitchen regarding menu questions, wait times, re-cook orders, and product availability. Record transactions in MICROS at the time of order, check in with guests to ensure satisfaction, and maintain cleanliness of work areas. Perform closing duties, present accurate checks, and process payments. Follow company policies and safety procedures, maintain professional appearance, assist guests with disabilities, contribute to a positive team environment, and adhere to quality standards. Be able to stand and move for extended periods and handle physical tasks such as lifting items and navigating stairs or ramps as part of daily duties.
