Job Summary
Deliver compassionate, high-quality care to the smallest patients using the nursing process while collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate and evaluate care. Uphold patient rights and confidentiality across all acuity levels in a pediatric setting. Maintain an RN license in Missouri or a compact state and hold current BLS certification. Float to other units when census levels or patient care demands require it. Join the PICU/PEDS team at Mercy Kids Hospital in Ballas for full-time night shifts, earning shift differential pay with benefits starting day one.
Required Qualifications
- RN license in MO or compact state w/in 90 days of graduation
- BLS (Basic Life Support) through the American Heart Association
- PICU/PEDS RN experience
- Nursing degree from an accredited school
