Deliver compassionate, high-quality care using the nursing process to the smallest patients with the biggest needs. Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to coordinate care, evaluate and support the care provided by others, and uphold patient rights and confidentiality. This full-time night shift role may occasionally require floating to other units when census levels or patient care demands require it, ensuring patients receive the highest level of care across all units.
