Job Summary
The Pickleball Team Member is responsible for day-to-day operations including monitoring facilities, taking reservations, performing minor maintenance and cleaning of courts, maintaining inventory of concessions and retail items, providing high-level customer service, handling payment transactions, and registering players. Ideal candidates should be capable of multi-tasking, work independently, and be open to working nights, weekends, and holidays. Ability to lift up to 30 pounds is required.
Required Qualifications
- Capable of multi-tasking and working independently
- Must have a valid state issued driver’s license with a reliable means of transportation
- Open to work nights, weekends, and holidays
- Ability to lift 20 pounds unassisted and 30 pounds assisted
- Able to work in sunny, hot, humid, cold, and rainy conditions
- Willing to work in a smoke, tobacco, and drug-free workplace
Desired Qualifications
- Customer relations and front desk experience preferred
- Point-of-Sale register and cash handling experience preferred
