Job Summary
Sea Colony is seeking a dynamic Pickleball Professional to join the racquets team, providing high-quality instruction and exceptional customer service. Responsibilities include developing and implementing pickleball programs, conducting private and group lessons, managing league schedules, and organizing tournaments. Candidates should have a passion for pickleball, strong communication skills, and a positive attitude, with prior experience in teaching and coaching preferred.
Required Qualifications
- Passion for pickleball and strong playing ability (4.0+ level preferred)
- Proven experience in teaching pickleball lessons and coaching players of varying skill levels
- A positive attitude and dedication to delivering exceptional customer service
Desired Qualifications
- USAPA certification as a Teaching Professional or equivalent qualification
- Strong understanding of pickleball rules, strategies, and techniques
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Organizational skills to plan and execute instructional programs and events
- Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
- CPR and First Aid certification (or willingness to obtain upon hire)
- Possess working knowledge of Computer skills like MS Office
