Job Summary

Monitor, demonstrate, and instruct students during pickleball lessons on proper techniques, tactics, and strategies to improve their overall game. Personally teach on court for an average of 30+ hours per week while developing comprehensive programs to encourage continued involvement and positive member experiences. Coordinate leagues and mixers, ensure facilities and equipment are clean and organized, and participate in system-wide sales efforts with Membership Advisors. Grow your book and revenue to meet and exceed personal and department financial goals. Complete required IPTPA or PPR certification within six months of hire.

  • Completion of Professional Pickleball Registry (PPR) certification within 6 months of hire

Desired Qualifications

  • CPR and AED Certified
