Job Summary
Monitor, demonstrate, and instruct students during pickleball lessons on proper techniques, tactics, and strategies to improve their overall game. Personally teach on court for an average of 30+ hours per week, developing comprehensive programs that encourage continued involvement and positive member experiences. Coordinate leagues and mixers, ensuring facilities and equipment remain clean and organized while participating in system-wide sales efforts with Membership Advisors. Grow revenue by demonstrating member-centric customer service to drive repeat business and referrals. Complete required IPTPA or PPR certification within six months of hire.
