Job Summary
Monitor, demonstrate, and instruct students during private pickleball lessons and group programming, personally teaching on court for an average of 30+ hours per week. Develop comprehensive lesson plans that improve techniques, tactics, and strategies while maintaining safe, professional standards. Coordinate leagues and mixers to create exceptional member experiences, ensure facilities are clean and organized, and participate in system-wide sales efforts with Membership Advisors. Grow revenue to meet financial goals by demonstrating member-centric customer service that encourages referrals. Complete required IPTPA or PPR certification within six months of hire.
