Job Summary
Conduct private pickleball lessons and group programming, personally instructing students on court for an average of 30+ hours weekly. Demonstrate student-centered learning and rally-based teaching techniques to improve techniques, tactics, and strategies. Develop comprehensive programs that encourage continued involvement and maintain clean, organized facilities and equipment. Coordinate leagues and mixers while participating in system-wide sales efforts with Membership Advisors. Monitor student progress to ensure a positive Net Promoter Score and drive revenue growth to meet financial goals. Maintain exceptional member-centric customer service to encourage repeat business and referrals.

- Completion of Professional Pickleball Registry (PPR) certification within 6 months of hire
