Job Summary

Monitor, demonstrate, and instruct students during private pickleball lessons and group programming, personally teaching on court for an average of 30+ hours per week. Develop safe, professional lessons and coordinate leagues and mixers to encourage continued involvement and positive member experiences. Create comprehensive programs that ensure students develop along a pathway to improved techniques, tactics, and strategies while maintaining clean, organized, and well-maintained facilities. Participate in system-wide sales efforts with Membership Advisors to ensure pickleball remains an integral component of the Life Time brand. Grow your book and revenue to meet and exceed personal and department financial goals through member-centric customer service.

Desired Qualifications

  • CPR and AED Certified
