Job Summary
Teach private pickleball lessons and group programming while coordinating leagues and mixers. Monitor, demonstrate, and instruct students on proper techniques, tactics, and strategies to improve their game. Personally teach on court for an average of 30+ hours weekly and develop comprehensive programs that encourage continued member involvement. Create exceptional experiences by involving members in tournaments and special events, ensuring facilities remain clean and organized. Participate in system-wide sales efforts with Membership Advisors and attend specific pickleball-related meetings. Complete required IPTPA or PPR certifications within six months of hire.
