Job Summary
Instruct all levels from beginner to advanced in group and private Pickleball lessons at the Club Volo venue in Downtown San Jose. Design and implement lesson plans while demonstrating techniques and evaluating participants for placement. Assist with program development, member retention activities, and promotional events, maintaining accurate records for classes. Enforce venue policies, ensure court cleanliness, and report safety hazards or respond to First Aid incidents. Start and end sessions on time, working evenings and weekends with flexible scheduling.
Required Qualifications
- knowledge/experience playing or instructing Pickleball
- excellent customer service/communication skills
- comfortable with reporting safety hazards and responding to First Aid incidents
- High School Diploma/GED Equivalent
- A car or access to reliable transportation
- Must be available to work evenings and/or weekends
