Job Summary
Demonstrate strong coaching and instructional skills by teaching fundamental pickleball skills, explaining rules and scoring clearly, and adapting to varying skill levels. Provide fun, effective, and safe Pickleball instruction to members and guests while creating a positive and engaging participant experience. Ensure all participants have Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications prior to start date and maintain a minimum of two years of Pickleball playing experience. This commissioned position requires navigating electronic onboarding and timecard systems, with final wage determined by location, qualifications, and experience. Required Qualifications
- Pickleball instructor certification through PPR, IPTPA, PCI, RSPA, or an equivalent recognized organization
- Adult CPR/AED and First Aid certifications from American Heart Association, American Red Cross or American Safety & Health Institute
- Minimum of two (2) years of Pickleball playing experience
- Experience coaching beginner and intermediate pickleball players in individual and/or group settings
- Strong communication, customer service, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to navigate electronic onboarding and timecard systems
- Commissioned position status
