Pickleball Court Maintenance Attendant

Job Summary
Maintain pickleball courts and surrounding facilities, ensure courts and surfaces are playable and presentable daily; perform cleaning of seating areas and pool area, empty trash, collect towels, pick up lost items, inspect light timers and windscreens, follow grooming schedule per season, assist with event setup/teardown, ensure SALTO locks function and are secured, provide focused maintenance support, operate leaf blowers and pressure washers, clean restrooms and common areas, debris removal from walkways and parking lot, and perform general upkeep such as dusting, cleaning chairs/benches, water fountains, shade structures; must have valid driver’s license, familiarity with plumbing/carpentry tools, be able to swim and work safely around water, and lift up to 80 lbs; on-site work.
Required Qualifications
- Must have current valid driver’s license
- Knowledgeable with tools and power tools used in plumbing, carpentry
- Know how to swim and how to be safe around water
- Job related experience preferred
- Good communication skills to offer directions to guests
- Must be able to lift 80lbs.
- Must be able to bend, stretch, knell and twist.
