Job Summary
Organize, schedule, and administer all Pickleball programming including clinics, leagues, round robins, drop-in sessions, and tournaments for every age group. Monitor program execution, promote events through newsletters, the website, social media, and booking software, and drive membership growth by suggesting marketing initiatives. Partner with facilities and EVS to ensure court maintenance and determine playability based on weather conditions. Execute special projects and align daily actions with department goals while maintaining a valid Soboba Tribal Gaming Commission license.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 21 years of age, or older
- High School Diploma or GED equivalent
- Minimum one (1) year consistent pickleball/ tennis teaching experience
- Must be able to lift and/or move up to 25 pounds
- Ability to work as part of a team, and independently
- Must be able to provide evidence of eligibility to work in the United States of America
- Ability to obtain and maintain a valid Soboba Tribal Gaming Commission license
- Required to submit to and obtain negative results on all drug and/or alcohol testing
Desired Qualifications
- USPTA Pickleball Certification
- Knowledge in court reserve, DUPR
- Previous experience in membership sales and marketing
- Knowledgeable in social media platforms and email marketing tools
