Job Summary
Teach Pickleball classes for elementary students (Grades K–5) using provided lesson plans, managing groups of 8–16 in a fun, energetic environment. Handle pre-care, take attendance, manage sign-ins, and interact with parents and school staff while capturing class photos for documentation. Complete a 2-day training or shadowing session before starting. Work Monday through Friday between 1:00 PM and 5:00 PM, with sessions lasting approximately one hour plus potential extra pre-care time. All equipment is provided; reliable transportation is required. Applicants must be at least 19 years old, fully vaccinated, and willing to undergo a TB test and Live Scan background check. Required Qualifications
- At least High School or equivalent
- Must be at least 19 years old
- Must have reliable transportation around the East Bay and Peninsula
- Must be fully vaccinated and willing to undergo a TB test and Live Scan background check before starting work
- Must have valid work permit to work in USA
- Must currently live locally and be available for in-person work
- Must be able to attend a 2-day training or shadowing session before starting
Desired Qualifications
- Previous Pickleball teaching or playing experience
- USPTA/PTR certification
- Enjoy working with kids; patient, enthusiastic, and reliable
- Good communication and class management skills
- Passionate about sports and love working with kids
