Job Summary
Greet members and schedule court time, educate members on Pickleball programs, lessons, and equipment, and provide exceptional customer service to encourage repeat business. Build personalized relationships with members, ensure Pickleball facilities and equipment are clean and in good condition, promote Life Time programs/products/services, and accurately handle daily billing and cash register reconciliation at the end of shifts.
Required Qualifications
- 1 year of customer service experience
- Education: Working toward a High School Diploma or GED

- CPR and AED Certified
