Job Summary
Lead the Kaylin + Kaylin Pickles team during assigned shifts in West Hollywood, ensuring smooth operations and maintaining food safety and store presentation standards. Engage directly with customers to create memorable experiences, drive sales through sampling and upselling, and train staff to deliver excellent service. Assist the manager in motivating the team and resolving issues that arise during the 8-hour shift, which requires physical stamina to lift up to 50 lbs and perform tasks like standing and squatting. Required Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in a supervisory role, preferably in the food service industry.
- Must have a strong sales driven mentality and customer service.
- Excellent leadership skills with the ability to inspire and guide a team to success.
- Strong problem-solving abilities to address any issues that may arise during shifts.
- Flexibility to work variable hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
- Be able to lift up to 50 lbs and engage in physical tasks such as standing, walking, squatting, and lifting for the duration of an 8-hour shift.
- Physical stamina to meet the demands of a busy pickle tasting bar environment
