Picking Supervisor (swing)

Job Summary
Oversee daily warehouse operations including processing, packaging and storage of supplies, materials and equipment; supervise warehouse staff and develop schedules/manpower; ensure adherence to procedures and health/safety guidelines; evaluate operating procedures, space utilization, and equipment protection; communicate effectively in group or presentation settings; require ability to lift up to 40lbs and stand for extended periods; four years of supervisory experience preferred; high school diploma or associate degree a plus; proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Required Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of supervisory experience coaching, mentoring and training staff
- High school diploma or equivalent, associate degree a plus
- Technical proficiency in MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, and PowerPoint)
- Ability to regularly push/pull and/or lift to 40lbs
- Ability to stand for a prolonged period
- Ability to work in a dynamic, team-oriented environment
- Good communication and organizational skills
