Job Summary
The Picking Associate is responsible for the completeness and correctness of all customer orders and must efficiently pick orders for shipment, ensuring the correct quantity and type of products are loaded and shipped. Responsibilities include supporting proactive team efforts to meet departmental goals, ensuring fulfillment and distribution requirements are met while maintaining safety controls and inventory integrity. The role is supervised by the Picking Lead and/or Outbound/Picking Supervisor. Required qualification: High School Diploma or GED. Skills include safety, time management, and the ability to learn and operate a computerized scanning device. Physical demands include standing and lifting up to 50 pounds for most of the day. Location shown: Monroe Township, NJ. Salary is hourly at USD 16 per hour (annualized to USD 33,280 at 2080 hours/year).
