Job Summary
Fulfillment Associate at Copeland Chocolates responsible for receiving and organizing stock, preparing shipping materials, printing labels, picking and filling customer orders, assembling gift boxes and baskets with presentation in mind, packaging to GMP/food-safety standards, maintaining organized work areas, and supporting teammates with cross-training in packing and retail fulfillment; requires attention to detail, teamwork, reliability, and ability to lift up to 30 lbs in a climate-controlled warehouse environment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 6+ months experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or retail environment
- Ability to lift and move up to 30 lbs
- Effective English communication skills (written and verbal)
- Ability to handle a variety of food ingredients (including common allergens)
- Comfortable working in a climate-controlled area (69°F)
- Experience in packaging, labeling, and shipping procedures
- Attention to detail and organization
- Team player with willingness to cross-train
