Job Summary
Manage the store sales team to ensure customers are assisted in a timely fashion while overseeing retail operations, including inventory and visual merchandising. Conduct sales and inventory management, recruit, train, and develop employees on product knowledge, and troubleshoot customer service issues as needed. Inspire staff to maintain high morale and promote the store on social media to build business. This full-time role in Pickering ON requires flexible availability for evenings, weekends, and statutory holidays, with a salary of $41,500 to $42,500.
