Job Summary
Receive and prepare packages for delivery by loading conveyor belts, building, wrapping, and sorting pallets. Transport and stage deliveries using carts, dollies, and hand trucks to move items around. Use smartphones and handheld devices to scan, sort, and prepare orders into delivery bags and vans. Work in climate-controlled facilities operating between 60°F and 90°F while operating around moving equipment like mobile cards and rolling cages. Complete on-the-job training during your first few days before transitioning to your chosen schedule.
Required Qualifications
- Be 18 years or older
- Understand and follow instructions in English
- Must be able to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Must be able to use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
- Must be able to use technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders into delivery bags and vans
- Must be able to build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages
- Must be able to receive truck deliveries of customer packages
