Job Summary
Receive truck deliveries of customer packages, load conveyor belts, and transport and stage deliveries for drivers. Use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around while building, wrapping, sorting, and transporting pallets and packages. Scan and sort orders using smartphones and handheld devices to prepare them into delivery bags and vans. Shifts include early morning and overnight hours in Full-Time, Reduced-Time, Part-Time, or Flex-Time formats. Onboarding training occurs during the first few days, with tuition support available for select groups. Join a dedicated team at the delivery station, the last stop before delivering smiles to customers.
Required Qualifications
- Be 18 years or older
- Understand and follow instructions in English
- Must be able to stand, walk, push, pull, squat, bend, and reach during shifts
- Must be able to use carts, dollies, hand trucks, and other gear to move items around
- Must be able to use technology like smartphones and handheld devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders into delivery bags and vans
- Must be able to build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages
- Must be able to receive truck deliveries of customer packages
- Must be available for Early Morning and Overnight hours
- Must be available for Full-Time (40 hours), Reduced-Time (30-39 hours), Part-Time (20-29 hours), or Flex-Time (minimum 4 hours/week)
- Must be able to choose from a Fixed or Flexible Schedule
- Must be able to work overtime opportunities
