Job Summary
The Picker and Packer is responsible for accurately selecting, scanning, and packing products for customer orders using an RF scanner. This role ensures orders are fulfilled efficiently and in accordance with company quality standards.
Required Qualifications
- Previous warehouse or order fulfillment experience is an advantage
- Ability to use RF scanners or willingness to learn
- Basic reading, writing, and numerical skills
- Ability to lift items (typically 15–25 kg or as required by workplace)
- Good attention to detail and accuracy
- Ability to stand, walk, and perform physical tasks for extended periods
- Team-oriented with good communication skills
Desired Qualifications
- Experience in fast-paced warehouse environments
- Knowledge of inventory systems (WMS)
