Job Summary
Night-shift Picker/Packer at Ideal Sushi Supply responsible for pulling items from orders, packing for shipment, and maintaining accurate inventory. Duties include receiving/checking in goods, organizing stock, communicating with Inventory/Sales/Purchasing, performing quality control on stored inventory, reading purchase orders/invoices, reporting discrepancies, updating databases, providing logistical support, adhering to safety policies, and assisting teammates. Requires forklift certification (or ability to obtain), warehouse/inventory experience, knowledge of products and proper housing/packing, strong analytical and critical thinking, attention to detail, excellent written and verbal communication, ability to analyze large data sets, and comfort working in a fast-paced environment. Night shift with differential pay; not eligible for telework. Benefits include medical/dental insurance, PTO, Sick Time, Simple IRA, and employee discounts.
Required Qualifications
- Forklift certification or ability to become forklift certified
- Experience in general warehouse or inventory departments
- Knowledge of products housed and proper packing
- Strong analytical and critical thinking skills

- Ability to analyze large sets of data
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
