Job Summary
Warehouse Associate responsible for picking, packing, labeling, staging, and shipping orders; load/unload trailers, verify inventory, and use handheld scanners and warehouse systems in a fast-paced facility. Emphasis on safety, teamwork, attendance, and attention to detail. Roles include day and night shifts with both full-time and part-time opportunities; candidates should be able to stand for extended periods, lift up to 50–60 pounds, and work in varied temperatures. Strong reliability, communication in English, and a willingness to learn and grow within warehouse operations.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- Previous warehouse, logistics, manufacturing, or distribution experience preferred but not required
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Basic math and counting skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Reliable transportation
- Ability to work independently and within a team environment
- Strong attendance and punctuality
