Job Summary
Inspect items for damage and quality before packing parts into customer orders. Follow packing instructions and company procedures while maintaining a clean, organized work area. Report any issues or discrepancies to the supervisor and meet daily packing quotas and deadlines. This role requires standing and walking 8 hours per shift, including 3–4 miles, with the ability to lift up to 40lb in a warehouse environment with temperature variations. The position starts at 7:30 AM and ends at 4:30 PM.
Required Qualifications
- Basic math, reading, and computer skills
- Must be a quick learner
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Must be able to adapt to occasional quick changes in a fast-paced environment
- English-speaking
- Must be willing and able to walk 3-4 miles per shift
- Individual must be able to move, lift, and carry up to 40lb
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience in a packing role is a plus
- English-speaking; bilingual a plus
