Job Summary
Remove die-cut items from stackers, inspect for defects, and verify quantities before packing products into designated poly sleeves. Assemble and pack items into cartons, seal master cartons, apply labels, and record documentation on Process Inspection Reports. Perform Form, Fit, and Function tests, assemble pallets per job traveler, and report quality or machine issues immediately to management. Maintain a clean workspace by sweeping debris and adhering to all safety procedures, SQF, and ISO regulations. This first-shift manufacturing role includes on-site training for new employees and requires lifting up to 25 lbs.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED
- Ability to read, write, and follow written and verbal instructions
- Ability to scan, match, and interpret product labels and job travelers
- Good hand-eye coordination and manual dexterity
- Ability to stand for extended periods (up to 10 hours per shift)
- Must be able to lift, push, or pull up to 25 lbs. regularly
- Ability to identify defects and maintain product consistency
- Dependable and able to follow instructions with minimal supervision
- This is a first shift position. 5:00am to 3:00pm Monday through Thursday
