Job Summary
Warehouse Associate responsible for picking, packing, labeling, loading/unloading, staging, inventory support, and ensuring safety/compliance in a fast-paced distribution environment. Uses scanners and WMS, maintains clean and organized workspace, and supports with daily operations and special projects. Requires ability to stand for long hours, lift up to 60 lbs with assistance, and operate effectively in a team-oriented setting. Multiple day-shift schedules include 8:00 AM–4:30 PM, 6:00 AM–4:30 PM variants, and weekly pay.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred
- Previous warehouse, distribution, manufacturing, or logistics experience preferred
- Ability to read, write, and communicate in English
- Basic math and counting skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Positive attitude and willingness to learn
- Reliable transportation and excellent attendance
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Physical Requirements: stand/walk 10 hours, lift up to 50 lbs, up to 60 lbs with assistance, bend/reach/squat/twist
