Job Summary
Assist with filling and/or packaging orders in a warehouse setting. Pick or package a variety of printed materials or related items using packing procedures; assemble finished products into boxes or containers for shipping; place labels, manuals, and tags as required; load/unload materials onto pallets and into trucks; move materials with hand tools and equipment; maintain inventory and meet productivity/quality standards. Requires ability to read order specs, identify correct parts, and perform standard packing and shipping tasks; HS diploma or GED preferred; 1+ years in manufacturing/warehousing is nice to have. Pay is $16.50/hour with shift differentials (2nd/3rd shifts) and full benefits described in the posting. RR Donnelley is an equal opportunity employer.
Required Qualifications
- High School Diploma or GED preferred
- 1 or more years of relevant experience in a manufacturing or warehousing environment is nice to have
- Ability to read and interpret job specifications
- Basic communication skills (written and/or verbal)
- Basic knowledge of routine packing procedures, techniques, equipment and general warehouse procedures
