Job Summary
Accurately identify and retrieve specific automotive parts from storage based on order specifications, conducting thorough inspections to verify quality, condition, and quantity before packaging and dispatch. Operate within a high-volume environment while maintaining productivity targets and adhering to strict safety protocols. Collaborate with team members to streamline workflow, resolve inventory discrepancies, and utilize computer systems to update stock levels. Maintain a clean work area and demonstrate strong organizational abilities to prioritize multiple orders without compromising accuracy. Communicate clearly regarding stock availability or operational issues. Requires 0–1 years of warehouse experience, basic computer literacy, and automotive product knowledge.
Required Qualifications
- A minimum of 0 to 1 year of relevant work experience in a warehouse, logistics, or retail setting
- Proven ability to maintain high levels of accuracy and attention to detail in repetitive tasks
- Capacity to perform efficiently under pressure while meeting tight deadlines
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to communicate effectively in a team environment
- Demonstrated reliability, including a consistent record of punctuality and attendance
- Proficiency in basic computer literacy, including the ability to navigate inventory software and input data
- A solid understanding of product knowledge, specifically within the automotive industry or a willingness to learn quickly
- Excellent organizational skills to manage physical inventory and documentation systematically
