Job Summary
Print and sort customer orders daily using pick tickets, scanners, or warehouse management systems. Verify part numbers, quantities, and product condition before staging completed orders for packing and shipping. Operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment as authorized, while maintaining an organized, clean, and safe work environment. Assist with inventory counts, cycle counts, restocking, receiving, and other warehouse duties as assigned. Report discrepancies, damaged products, or shortages to management. Consistently meet productivity and accuracy expectations while following established safety procedures and working collaboratively with warehouse, shipping, and sales teams to ensure timely order fulfillment.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to accurately read and interpret pick tickets, work orders, and product information
- Basic computer skills and the ability to learn warehouse management systems and scanning equipment
- Strong attention to detail with a commitment to order accuracy and inventory integrity
- Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with team members
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods, frequently bend, stoop, reach, and lift up to 50 pounds throughout the workday
- Ability to safely operate forklifts and other warehouse equipment
