Job Summary
Drive a company vehicle within the assigned area to pick up or transport parts as assigned, planning and organizing delivery requirements efficiently. Assist the shipping and receiving clerk in checking in and stocking parts. Ensure proper safety, care, and maintenance of assigned vehicles by maintaining fuel and maintenance logs and adhering to company driving record standards. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor. This safety-sensitive role is part of Murphy-Hoffman Company, LLC, North America's largest Kenworth truck dealership group, supporting their multi-state network of full-service diesel truck dealerships and leasing operations.
Required Qualifications
- Maintains driving record within company requirements
- Maintains the fuel and maintenance log
- Ensures proper safety, care, and maintenance of company vehicles assigned to the Parts Department
- Requires skill in planning, organizing and scheduling parts pick-up and delivery requirements
Desired Qualifications
- Prefer parts related experience
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Experience dealing with the public in sales/service capacity
