Job Summary
Customer service-focused Pick-up Agent role handling phone and email inquiries, tracking/tracing shipments, scheduling pick-ups, providing rate quotes, researching issues, and maintaining detailed records. Training will develop office skills and effective communication with internal teams. Requires strong communication, attention to detail, and a professional demeanor. Full-time shifts are available between 9:00am and 9:00pm (Mon-Fri; no weekends) at the corporate office in Warren, MI, with up to $22/hour plus a $1.00/hour shift premium after 6pm. Entry-level opportunity within the LTL transportation environment, offering growth potential and benefits (401(k), health/dental/vision/life insurance, PTO). Skills emphasized include customer inquiries handling, note-taking, Outlook proficiency, and the ability to maintain accurate records and documentation.
Required Qualifications
- Must be 16 years of age
- Excellent attendance
- Ability to work Monday through Friday

- Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook), and willingness to learn company-specific systems
