Job Summary
Shift Coordinator at Sephora’s Omni-Channel Distribution Center in Avon, IN. Fri-Sun days shift; full-time. Responsibilities include assigning tasks to associates, monitoring progress, operating WMS systems, balancing inventory, communicating daily goals, training staff, enforcing safety and loss-prevention policies, maintaining attendance, and providing high-quality internal/external customer service. Requires experience with a Warehouse Management System or menu-driven applications, strong problem-solving and multitasking abilities, excellent interpersonal and communication skills, willingness to cross-train, teamwork, feedback delivery, instructions to others, proactiveness, and understanding of other business functions. Minimum qualifications include a college degree or relevant work experience, and working knowledge of MS Excel, Word and Outlook, plus basic math skills.
