Job Summary
Prepare Pick & Prep products through receiving, ordering, stocking, and merchandising while operating at strict company standards. Actively engage guests via product preparation, active sampling, and suggestive selling, demonstrating superior service through storytelling about Fresh, Healthy, Seasonal, and Local items. Showcase knife showmanship skills and perform PA announcements to highlight department offerings. Maintain sanitation and safety throughout the area, ensuring product quality meets Lowes Foods standards. Lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally, with the ability to bend, kneel, and stand for extended periods. Must be at least 18 years old and able to read directions.

- Demonstrate effective communication, guest service and selling skills
- Must be at least 18 years old
- Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to effectively communicate with, and take direction from supervision
- Ability to work well with computers and scales
