Job Summary
Prepare Pick & Prep product and provide preparation services to create a sensory experience for guests. Actively engage customers through product sampling and suggestive selling while demonstrating superior service, including storytelling about Fresh, Healthy, Seasonal, and Local items. Perform product preparation, receiving, ordering, stocking, and merchandising to meet Lowes Foods standards. Operate the department according to strict operational guidelines, maintain sanitation and safety, and execute PA announcements. Lift 25 lbs. consistently and 50 lbs. occasionally. Work extended periods standing, bending, or kneeling. Must be at least 18 years old and able to read instructions.

- Knowledge of Pick & Prep operations
- Ability to bend, kneel and stand for extended periods of time
- Ability to effectively communicate with, and take direction from supervision
- Ability to work well with computers and scales
- Must be at least 18 years old

- Demonstrate ability and willingness to learn multiple tasks and technical requirements of the job including knife skills
- Demonstrate effective communication, guest service and selling skills
