Job Summary
Pick products for customer orders using pick tickets and an RF scanner, then move completed orders to designated staging areas. Verify item and order accuracy while scanning and opening orders in the warehouse system. Select and assemble appropriately sized cartons, scan, pack, and prepare items for shipment. Lift and move boxes weighing up to 60 pounds and operate a pallet jack as needed to assist with loading completed pallets for freight shipment. Help the Distribution team meet daily production and shipping deadlines in a fast-paced environment. This role supports RefrigiWear's mission to deliver protective gear to cold storage and outdoor industries, with a consistent full-time schedule of 40 hours per week.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Dependable attendance and a strong work ethic
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Strong attention to detail and order accuracy
- Ability to stand for the duration of an eight-hour shift
- Ability to lift and move items weighing up to 60 pounds
- Willingness to work overtime when business needs require it
Desired Qualifications
- Previous warehouse, picking, packing, RF scanner, or receiving experience
- Forklift experience
