Job Summary
Assemble, configure, and customize products per customer specifications, following work instructions, visual guides, and shipping deadlines. Securely package finished products, apply accurate labels, and verify order accuracy prior to shipment. Record material usage, notify supervisors of low stock, and perform visual inspections to identify defects while maintaining a clean, hazard-free work area. Operate tools and packaging machinery safely, partner with logistics teams to streamline material flow, and maintain reliable attendance with weekend work and overtime as needed. This role supports operational efficiency within Bosch Power Tools' West Memphis, AR, warehousing division.
Required Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Ability to read and follow written work instructions, diagrams, and quality standards
- Ability to lift up to 40 lbs and stand for extended periods
- Indefinite U.S. work authorization
