Job Summary
Pick and pack customer orders for delivery or pickup, verify order quality, and assist with shipping as needed. Operate warehouse equipment while maintaining a clean, safe working environment and optimizing space utilization. Perform repetitive lifting, standing, and reaching tasks requiring the ability to lift up to 50 lbs. Any additional duties assigned by management are expected.
Required Qualifications
- Minimum completion of High School diploma or equivalent
- Ability to handle physical workload – job requires repetitive lifting, walking, standing, squatting, reaching, pushing, pulling, reaching, etc.
- Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Strong attention to detail
- Strong work ethic
- Sound judgement
- Ability to collaborate effectively and work selflessly as part of a team
Desired Qualifications
- Previous experience within a picking and packing role a plus
- Previous experience working within a warehouse setting a plus
